Are you still offering parties with Covid?
Yes, parties are outside in open air. Masks are not required. Helmets and shared equipment are sanitized before each party.
How much parking is there?
We can park up to 150 cars, but please call us if you think there will be more than 50 cars coming
What do we do if it is raining?
We have a covered arena with a covered area for seating. For traveling parties, please select a rain date when you make your reservations.
Do you do parties all year?
Yes! We typically have 2-4 parties scheduled every single month! Be sure to schedule ahead and dress for being outside!
How many kids can come?
We do not set a limit for how many people can come. You may want to choose a larger package for larger parties.
How much in advance can I make reservations?
Be sure to reserve your date with enough time to get your invitations out. Also, weekends fill up quickly so try to reserve your date at least a month in advance.
Can we decorate?
Yes, absolutely. Our horses are very desensitized. They are used to balloons and streamers
Are there outlets available?
Yes, there are outlets available for crock pots
What days do you do parties?
Mostly on Saturdays but occasionally on Sundays & Fridays as well.
Can we come see the farm before booking a party?
Yes, we encourage you to! Please call before you come. 828-432-6040
Who all can ride the horses and carriage?
Everyone! Parents are welcome to ride too. Horses have a 200 pound weight limit but there is no weight limit for the carriage.
How much seating is available?
There are four large picnic tables that seat 32 adults comfortably. We also have a few extra 6 foot long folding tables available. You are welcome to bring extra chairs or tables if you think you need them.
Are parties refundable?
Once your date is set and paid for, we do not give refunds however you are welcome to use the credit toward another party date, riding lessons, farm tours, or even summer camp.
